We are pleased to share that Adam El Shalakany, Senior Partner, and Omar Saleh, Associate, are attending the 39th LAWASIA Conference in Seoul, South Korea.
This year’s conference brings together legal professionals, judges, academics, and policymakers from across the Asia-Pacific region and beyond to discuss some of the most pressing developments shaping the legal profession. The opening sessions feature distinguished leaders from international legal organizations, including representatives of the International Bar Association (IBA), the Law Society of England and Wales, the American Bar Association, the Commonwealth Lawyers Association, and other leading legal institutions. The conference is also honored by the attendance of the President of the Republic of Korea, the Chief Justice of Korea, and former United Nations Secretary-General Ban Ki-moon, underscoring the significance of the event on both the legal and international stage.
As LAWASIA celebrates its 60th anniversary, the conference’s agenda explores critical topics such as international legal leadership, the independence of the legal profession, and the impact of digital transformation on legal practice.
Representing Shalakany, Adam and Omar are delighted to join legal leaders and practitioners from across the globe to exchange perspectives on the future of the legal profession and emerging developments across jurisdictions.
